Book number three was a little more confusing... MORE PROPHECIES!!! But I still enjoyed it, of course. Even if my favorite character was missing for the entirety of the book.

So... in the end of the previous book the golden fleece was brought back to Camp Half-Blood to heal Thalia's tree.... except it actually healed Thalia. Now we learn that Annabeth has been kidnapped with Artemis and the hunters & campers must unite to bring them back. We meet quite a few new characters and learn that Poseidon and Zeus may not be the only ones that have children who aren't supposed to...

So, Luke's not dead, Kronos is still trying to gain power, and Percy accepts that the ultimate prophecy has to be about him. He also starts to realize that he may have feelings for Annabeth, thanks to Aphrodite. Overall, this book was another good adventure but I can't wait for things to heighten and get even more depressingly brutal (like the last of the Harry Potter books). I hope we get to meet Hercules at some point.
